Client wanted to introduce an enterprise communication, knowledge management and internal control system within the organisation that would have an significant impact on the work-flow process, internal messaging, distribution of instructions and product, and improve quality control at a Group, Field and Store level.

Project Brief

Engage and build relationships with client senior management professionals and provide support and expert input as and when required. Dual reporting role to Programme Managers and company CEO.

Strategic Approach

Strategy Development and Change Implementation of a Share Point driven enterprise portal to facilitate information management and sharing between Group structure and Field and Stores. Project required end-to-end application of System7™  for Programme Brief development, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement, third party vendor management and enterprise-wide implementation.

End-to-end application of System7™ for Programme roll-out.  CCG Learn provided organisational skills capability training with respect to change and project management, using System7™ as a model for elucidation of key principles and to illustrate user control and application. CCG built and activated relationships from C-Suite to store floors to ensure integrated and successful project implementation.

Business Impact

Programme was successfully delivered with high user uptake within client organisation and with manageable cost and time overruns.
