CCG Advisory was contracted to provide change advisory services, including oversight and input into programme governance structures and to provide company leadership with feedback and input on areas of risk or concern and programme progress.

Project Brief

Engage and build relationship with client senior management professionals and provide support and expert input as and when required. Dual reporting role to Programme Managers and company CEO.

Strategic Approach

Application of System7™ to provide Programme management structure with respect to Programme governance, stakeholder analysis and solution provision by way of weekly stakeholder engagement meeting and ongoing small group engagements to build credibility for process and ensure organisational buy-in to proposed solution.
